C3’s Culture Club Wellness Committee recently hosted a Wellness Breathwork Session with Tamy Erle, offering team members the chance to join in person or virtually. This powerful session focused on sound healing, helping participants strengthen the mind-body connection, reduce stress, and improve focus. Through sound therapy and practical techniques, attendees learned how to shift their nervous system into a calm state for greater balance, resilience, and peace.
